A concrete mixer truck mainly consists of a chassis, mixing drum, transmission system (drive unit), hydraulic drive system, water supply system, loading (feeding) and unloading system, unloading chute, operating platform, lifting system and protective equipment. Mixing drum: The mixing drum used in this hardness test is a commonly used structural form. The mixing drum adopts a pear-shaped structure. The cleaning water and the mixed water added as needed during transportation are all injected into the drum through the feed inlet. The mixing drum is driven by an engine as the power source. Power is taken from the power take-off unit at the head of the engine and transmitted to the variable displacement piston hydraulic pump through the drive shaft. The fixed displacement piston oil motor then drives the mixing drum to rotate through the drive shaft. The feeding and discharging system (loading and unloading mechanism) of the mixing drum is an important device that assists the operation of the mixing drum. The lifting system is the control component of the entire mixer truck. The lifting panel has an "I-shaped" slot, providing space for the lifting boom to move; the rear half of the slot has limit holes for fixing the position of the lifting boom. This lifting system controls the uprighting, forking, and movement of the drum via two lifting booms on the left and right sides at the rear of the truck, thereby completing the feeding, discharging, and mixing operations.
