A concrete mixer truck mainly consists of a chassis, mixing drum, transmission system (drive unit), hydraulic drive system, water supply system, loading (feeding) and unloading system, unloading chute, operating platform, control system and protective equipment. Mixing drum: The mixing drum used in this model is a commonly used structural form. The mixing drum has a pear-shaped structure. The cleaning water and the mixing water added as needed during transportation are all injected into the drum through the feed inlet at the head of the mixing drum. Transmission system: The mixing drum is driven by an engine as the power source. Power is taken from the power take-off unit at the rear of the engine and transmitted to the variable displacement piston hydraulic pump through the drive shaft. Then, through the fixed displacement piston oil motor, the mixing drum is driven to rotate by the reducer. The feeding and discharging system (loading and unloading mechanism) of the mixing drum is an important device that assists the operation of the mixing drum. The control system is the main control component of the mixer truck. The control panel has an "I"-shaped slot for the movement of the control levers; the rear half of the slot has limit holes to fix the position of the control levers. This control system uses two control levers located at the rear of the truck to control the forward and reverse rotation and speed of the mixing drum, thereby completing the feeding, discharging, and mixing actions. Water supply system: The water supply system of the concrete mixer truck is mainly used to clean the mixing unit.
